Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 1:00pm – 8:00pm (can be slightly flexible ie 2:00pm - 9:00pm)
Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm - but Saturday hours can be completely flexible to suit.
Sunday & Monday: Off - can choose a different day to Monday if preferred. Flexible.
Garment Production Operative (Embroidery & Print)
Back British Farming Official – Near Eden Project, Cornwall
We are a friendly, family-run business based near the Eden Project in Cornwall, producing embroidered and printed garments for our growing customer base.
We are looking for a reliable Garment Production Operative to join our team on a Monday–Friday afternoon/evening shift. This is a hands-on role in a supportive small team, with full training provided.
The Role
You will be involved in the production of finished garments using embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
Duties include:
- Operating embroidery machines
- Using heat press equipment for garment decoration
- Loading garments and setting up designs
- Quality checking finished products
- Supporting smooth handover with the morning operator
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
No prior experience is required if you are practical, reliable, and willing to learn.
Salary
- £28,000 – £33,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location
