Job description:
We are a looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef with solid experience to support the running of our busy food operation. We only use fresh ingredients and are family owned business operating over 3 food outlets within the 4* Washington Central Hotel;
- Jane St Kitchen upto 70 covers
- Central Bistro and Bar upto 100 covers
- Functions suites catering up to 250 people
We are looking for someone that can support the development of our restaurant, think seasonal specials and tasting menus, alongside our bistro offering. We would welcome your creative flair and menu ideas.

- Someone who cares about food and standards with a creative flair to produce high quality menus and food from scratch
- Support the development and training of junior members
- Supporting stock control and ordering
- Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
- Experience in supervising and managing teams
