We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Plumbing) to join our team in Redruth, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance works across the South West.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations. Including fixing leaks, clearing blocked drains, repairing toilets, sinks and taps, and installing boilers, radiators and showers.
- Attend to emergency call-outs (on a rota basis)
- Work across planned and reactive maintenance contracts as required
- Carry out fault diagnosis and carry out repairs to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all works completed, including time spent, materials used, and any issues encountered
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure that the work site is safe and tidy at all times
- Ensure compliance with all building regulations
Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced Multi Skilled Plumber with City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2/3 (or equivalent), NVQ in Plumbing or Heating
- Proven experience as a Plumber, or Multi Skilled Tradesperson (with Plumbing), ideally in social housing or residential properties
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation. CSCS card (desirable). SMSTS or SSSTS would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) systems is desirable.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proactive approach with excellent time management skills

Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
