About the Role
J13 Cars is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to support our busy vehicle sales operation. This varied role combines customer service, sales, administration, social media marketing, and vehicle yard management. Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers and assist with vehicle sales. - Respond to enquiries via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online platforms. - Follow up leads and prepare sales paperwork. - Create vehicle adverts and manage social media listings. - Take photos and videos of vehicles for marketing. - Organise office administration and customer records. - Assist with vehicle preparation, yard organisation, and stock management. - Support business growth through marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Requirements - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Confident using social media and basic computer systems. - Organised, proactive, and able to multitask. - Interest in vehicles and sales. - Driving licence preferred. - Sales, administration, or automotive experience beneficial but not essential.
