Full job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an ethusiastic, reliable and driven Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting the Food & Beverage Teams across all outlets, Antler bar, Prego restaurant, Events.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Support bartenders and servers by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area and workstations.
Assist with restocking beverages, food items and supplies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effciently.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygeine standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless service.

Requirments:

Previous experience in events, hospitality, catering, or customer service (preferred but not essential (training provided).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.

The candidate MUST BE OVER 18 at the time of applying.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
