Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales and Letting Negotiator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating smooth transactions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a passion for real estate to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Duties

Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options
Negotiate offers between clients and landlords, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Prepare and manage documentation related to sales and lettings
Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales or letting process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills

Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in preparing documentation and managing transaction processes
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle negotiations confidently and professionally
