Specsavers Staines is looking for an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Audiology Partner / Business Owner.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an established and successful audiology business, building on strong foundations alongside experienced and highly supportive Optical and Retail Partners. With a dedicated Hearcare room, a fully trained store team and an affluent customer base, you'll be joining a business with exciting potential for future growth.

As an Audiology Partner, you'll have the freedom to grow your own business, serve your local community, create a long-term asset for you and your family, and share directly in the success that you help create.

Requirements of the Role

We're looking for a qualified HCPC-registered Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and excited by the prospect of business ownership.

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate strong clinical and customer care skills
Build excellent relationships with customers, colleagues and the local community
Bring drive, ambition and commercial awareness
Embrace the opportunity to lead and develop a successful Hearcare business
