About the Role
ADANA Print is looking for an experienced Print Room Manager with strong hands-on production skills and a proven track record of consistently delivering premium-quality print.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, takes genuine pride in their workmanship and leads by example. Based primarily at our Farringdon branch and reporting to the Store Manager, you'll oversee production standards across all ADANA locations while supporting and developing the production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the print room.
- Maintain consistently high production standards across all branches.
- Support, mentor and develop members of the production team.
- Operate a wide range of commercial print, large format and finishing equipment.
- Maintain exceptional print quality, colour consistency and finishing standards.
- Carry out quality control throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimise downtime.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through quality, consistency and reliability.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with extensive experience working in a premium commercial print environment.
Hands-on experience with the following equipment would be highly desirable:
Digital Production Presses
- Fujifilm Revoria
- Xerox Iridesse
- Canon production presses
Large Format Equipment
- Arizona flatbed printers
- Roland printers
- Mimaki printers
- DTF printers
- UV printers
- Roll-to-roll printers
Finishing Equipment
- Summa and Graphtec cutters
- Laser cutters
- Watkiss booklet makers
- Morgana booklet makers
- Plockmatic booklet makers
- Perfect binding
- PUR binding
- Wire binding
- Velo binding
- Guillotines
- Creasing
- Folding
- Laminating
You'll also have experience with:
- Imposition software
- Artwork preparation
- Colour management
- Exceptional finishing and quality control
- Traditional die cutting
- Embossing and debossing
- Letterpress printing (desirable)

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London EC4R: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Application question(s):
- Have you supervised or managed a commercial print production team?
- Have you operated commercial digital production presses such as Fujifilm Revoria, Xerox Iridesse or Canon production presses?
- Do you have hands-on experience operating commercial large format printers (Arizona, Roland, Mimaki, UV, DTF or Roll-to-Roll)?
- Can you confidently operate commercial finishing equipment including guillotines, booklet makers, laminators, folders, creasers and binding equipment without supervision?
- Do you have commercial experience with colour management, quality control and maintaining consistent production standards?
- Do you have commercial experience using imposition software and preparing artwork for production?
- Have you independently diagnosed and resolved production issues to minimise downtime on commercial print equipment?
- Please describe the most technically demanding commercial print project you have personally produced, including the equipment used, finishing processes involved and how you ensured quality throughout production.
