Full job description

Executive Cars Group are seeking additional chauffeurs to join our team based in/around the Heathrow area.

Executive Cars provide executive ground transportation to a range of industries including corporate travel, aviation, aerospace, production and sport . This role involves transporting clients safely and comfortably to various destinations while ensuring punctuality and discretion.

As an Executive Cars Chauffeur, you will be a key representative of our organisation, embodying professionalism at all times. Due to the nature of our business, unsociable hours and weekends are a requirement.

Duties

Safely operate executive vehicles, ensuring the comfort and security of passengers during journeys
Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and client schedules
Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle, including regular checks on oil, tyres, and other essential components
Assist clients with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, offering courteous support as needed
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times
Keep accurate records of trips undertaken, including mileage and destinations
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules and address any special requests or requirements
Perform light administrative tasks related to vehicle management or scheduling as required

Skills

Proven experience as a driver, preferably with commercial driving or delivery driver background
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; experience with luxury or executive vehicles is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment handling
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions
Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative pathways to ensure punctuality
Basic vehicle maintenance skills to identify issues early and coordinate repairs when needed
Organised with the ability to plan routes efficiently and manage schedules effectively
Uttlesford Private Hire Licence - training can be provided.

Pay: From £18.00 per hour
