As the Head Housekeeper, you will oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of our hotel or hospitality facility. Duties

Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with hotel management to address guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and workplace safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment.
Strong background in janitorial services with knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations related to cleanliness and safety.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, guests, and management at all levels.
