Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant General Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional dining experiences! Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, serving, and kitchen management.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive and efficient team.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize profitability.
Foster a positive hospitality environment by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating strong team management skills.
Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on culinary knowledge including food preparation and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations essential for maintaining compliance.
Experience in managing food production processes in busy kitchen environments.
Background in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous for understanding guest service dynamics.
Barista experience or bar service background is a plus for versatile beverage program management.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
