First Dental Care is an established Denplan Excel Practice located in Denton.
We require a full time receptionist and potential flexibility for evenings and weekends in the future.
Patient experience and building report with our patients is of the utmost importance to us.
A great opportunity exists for the right candidate with previous dental receptionist experience. Training can be given for the right candidate.
Job Description:
The dental receptionist is the first and main contact point for patients and visitors to our practice and must be well presented. The successful candidate must be professional, friendly and polite. As part of the dental team the receptionist role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice, to adhere to the practice protocols at all times, in line with the company policies, goals and value.

- Developing relationships with patients and the team
- Answering emails & telephone calls and arranging appointments
- Resolving day to day reception duties, always wanting to improve patient satisfaction
- Preparing and sending out treatment plans to patients
- Banking, and checking invoices and ensuring correct payments in a timely manner
- Experience in Exact SOE software
- Organizing the reception area and good IT skills with a good knowledge of Word/Excel
- Willing to learn and contribute
- To use initiative and be pro - active
- Be well presented
- Understanding practice policies for CQC requirements
- Carrying out requests from the Director/Practice Manger as needed
Job Duties:

You must be able to provide references on request. A DBS check will be carried out.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
