Wholesale Glass ltd is a leading glass merchant & processor, supplying a wide array of customers nationwide.
We are looking for a self-motivated & confident individual to take on the role of internal sales to support our busy sales office in a growing glass-merchant company. This role will combine proactive B2B sales along with essential admin support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys to be busy, working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
You will play a key part in both generating new business, from new accounts and ensuring regular orders are coming in from repeat, long term customers. Responsibilities will include;
· B2B New business development – cold calling prospective customers daily from our extensive marketing databases & your own market research.
· Relationship Building – Developing relationships with our current clients within the glass & furniture industry.
· Handling incoming calls – Taking detailed messages, checking order status & delivery timelines.
· Order Processing – Using our custom made order & delivery software to process customer orders.
· Customer Communication – Ringing round current customers in targeted areas every day to prompt customers orders & fill up delivery vehicles.
· General Administration – Maintaining records on our CRM system & sales reporting on spreadsheets.
Experience within the Glass / Fitted furniture industry is preferred.

Previous experience in a comparable sales or sales admin role is essential
Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
