We’re seeking a Financial Adviser to join our Financial Planning team in a role that is not built around starting from scratch. You’ll advise a warm, active client bank and be fully supported by experienced admin and paraplanning teams, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality advice rather than administration or constant prospecting.

This role suits an experienced adviser who wants the freedom to work independently while being supported by a structured and collaborative team. You will be advising an established client base, with genuine scope to grow relationships and income organically over time.
You’ll also benefit from cross-referrals across the wider business and a transparent bonus structure, giving you a clear and consistent way to increase earnings over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Advising an existing portfolio of clients across investments, retirement planning, protection, and estate planning
· Building and strengthening long-term client relationships within an established book
· Delivering clear, tailored financial plans that improve client outcomes
· Staying up to date with market and regulatory changes
· Working closely with paraplanners and admin support to ensure a smooth client experience
· Supporting the growth of new business where appropriate, without pressure
What We’re Looking For
· Level 4 Diploma qualified (essential)
· Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or IFA
· Confident advising across a broad range of financial planning areas
· Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first approach
· Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently
· Full UK driving licence
