Full job description

Part-Time Administrator — 5 mornings a week, no weekends, home by lunchtime.

Caring Crew is a Peterborough-based care provider supporting people to live independently at home. We're looking for an organised, detail-driven administrator to join our office team at Tesla Court, Lynch Wood.

This is a genuine 9am–1pm, Monday to Friday role. If you're looking for part-time hours that fit around the school run or other commitments — without weekend or evening work — this could suit you well.

What you'll be doing

Reviewing and clearing daily alerts on our care management system, escalating anything urgent to the Registered Manager
Managing our recruitment inbox — reviewing applications, screening candidates and booking interviews
Onboarding new starters: issuing contracts, assigning training, requesting references and processing DBS applications
Keeping personnel records accurate and up to date, including right to work checks and document uploads
General office support — calls, correspondence, filing and supporting the management team

What we're looking for

Existing right to work in the UK without sponsorship
Previous administrative experience in an office environment
Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep on top of a varied workload
A professional, friendly telephone manner
Discretion when handling confidential information

Experience in health and social care, recruitment or compliance is welcome but not essential — full training will be provided. What matters most is accuracy, reliability and a completer-finisher approach.
