YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our UK, Ireland and Nordic Talent function on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality, end-to-end coordination of services across recruitment, learning & development, and talent initiatives.
This is a fast paced and varied role, ideal for someone with strong administrative capability, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, we offer hybrid working and a salary of up to £32,000 per annum dependant on experience.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will support the resourcing team by coordinating recruitment activities from approval through to vacancy management, working closely with hiring managers on adverts, offers, onboarding and queries, particularly across frontline and driver populations. You will manage the shared careers inbox and produce the weekly vacancy bulletin.
You will collaborate with learning & development to coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling, event logistics and system updates (LMS, Training Orchestra, intranet and SharePoint), alongside supporting with reporting and audit requirements.
Working closely with the Head of Talent, you will support key talent processes such as People Review and Hi-Po programmes, as well as broader talent initiatives. In addition, you will prepare reports, manage purchase orders and invoices, and provide general support across the Talent function.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will have proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a HR or recruitment environment. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and possess strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You will be a confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders, a proactive, solutions focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach and proficient in MS Office, such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in candidate sourcing or HR systems
- Exposure to reporting, data analysis or content creation
- CIPD Level 3 certified or working towards
