Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence, develop innovative marketing strategies, and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple projects, analysing market trends, and delivering compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels
Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and optimisation
Manage projects from inception through execution, adhering to deadlines and budgets
Oversee the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation
Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing detailed analysis and reports to senior management
Coordinate with sales teams to support B2B marketing initiatives and enhance client engagement
Organise events, presentations, and promotional activities to elevate brand visibility
Stay updated on industry trends, IT developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have nail knowledge and understanding of nail enhancements
Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite, and IT tools relevant to marketing functions
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and strategies
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally
Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing or related fields are preferred

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
