Location: Stanley, County Durham

Company: plantART (part of I S D UK Ltd)

Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 (pro-rata'd)

Are you comfortable drafting LinkedIn adverts, reviewing proposals, and finding new potential customers?

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to help raise the profile of plantART, generate new business opportunities and support our ongoing growth.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you might be researching potential clients and making connections on LinkedIn, the next writing content for our website, responding to social media enquiries, developing marketing campaigns or helping shape new ideas to promote the business.

It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of marketing and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing company.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Researching prospective clients and building connections with decision-makers.
Supporting lead generation and business development activities.
Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs and our website.
Helping increase brand awareness and promote our projects to new audiences.
Drafting professional emails and assisting with customer communications.
Responding to social media messages and email enquiries.
Supporting marketing campaigns and helping develop new promotional ideas.
Working closely with the Managing Director to help grow the business.

What we're looking for

Experience in marketing, communications, business development or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills.
Confidence using LinkedIn and social media platforms professionally.
A creative mindset and the ability to generate new ideas.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
Confidence communicating with customers and prospective clients.

If you've worked in marketing, recruitment, sales support, business development, social media management or customer engagement, you'll likely be a great fit.
