Full job description

Residential Caseworker

Exciting prospect for an ambitious, experienced Conveyancing Caseworker, minimum 2 years’ experience or equivalent with a reputable firm to join our team based at our Wolverhampton office. This role is part time with flexible hours between 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 Friday.

You will be expected to manage case load of domestic conveyancing matters and should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within an office environment. You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals, and other third parties and provide an excellent conveyancing service to the firm’s client base. The Caseworker must be in a position to have willingness to take part in business generation and development of the Conveyancing Department.

The individual must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Caseworker position involves working in a broad spectrum of residential property which includes, sales, purchases, Leaseholds, re-mortgages, new build work, transfer of equity and should be able to demonstrate knowledge across the board.

The individual must have a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct, where applicable, Money Laundering Regulations and be able to deal with all matters from start to end.

The individual is required to have excellent organisational written and IT skills, working with Leap would be a benefit.
