About Us
Loans Warehouse is one of the UK’s most recognised and respected names in specialist finance. Established in 2006, we are an award-winning brokerage and packager, consistently recognised for excellence across bridging, development and specialist lending.
We work on real-world, time-sensitive, and often complex bridging transactions, partnering with a wide panel of specialist lenders and professional introducers nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to bring in an experienced bridging professional who understands how these deals really work.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience working on bridging loans — whether as a packager, processor, chaser or junior adviser — and is interested in expanding their responsibilities within a deal-led bridging environment.
You do not need to be an experienced CeMap qualified adviser, but you must understand bridging finance, including how deals are structured, packaged and progressed to completion.
The Role
In short, a Bridging Loans Adviser plays one of the most important roles at Loans Warehouse.
You will be responsible for managing cases end-to-end, providing expert advice, and ensuring applications are packaged and progressed to lender specification, delivering the best possible outcomes for clients.
You will be trusted to:
- Take ownership of bridging cases, understanding urgency, risk and lender appetite
- Structure and progress applications to lender specification
- Communicate confidently with clients throughout the process
- Keep complex cases moving and anticipate issues before they arise
This is a hands-on, deal-focused role in a business that genuinely values experience and judgement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand client circumstances, exit strategy and lending objectives
- Assessing and structuring bridging solutions across a range of scenarios (refurbs, chain breaks, auction purchases, capital raising, etc.)
- Managing your own caseload and diary, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and proactively
- Packaging applications clearly and accurately to lender requirements
- Liaising directly with lenders, solicitors, valuers and introducers to drive cases to completion
- Providing clear rationale and well-documented case notes to support lending decisions
- Ensuring all advice and applications meet FCA, regulatory and audit standards
You’ll work alongside a highly experienced packaging team, while also developing your own lender and introducer relationships.
About You
This role would suit someone who:
- Has direct experience working on bridging loans (packaging, processing, chasing or advising)
- Understands the pace, pressure and nuance of bridging finance
- Is confident dealing with lenders and professional stakeholders
- Has strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset
- Wants to progress into senior advisory, specialist or leadership roles within bridging and specialist finance
If you’ve been close to the deals and want more ownership and progression, this role is designed for you.
