About the Role

This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced, high-end aviation setting, requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Marshal, park, tow, and reposition aircraft in line with operational procedures
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and specialist items with care and efficiency
- Operate and perform basic checks on ground support equipment (GSE)
- Assist passengers and crew with boarding and deplaning in a professional manner
- Support aircraft servicing, including water, lavatory, and catering
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised ramp environment
- Work closely with operations and flight crews to ensure smooth, timely turnarounds
What We’re Looking For
- Previous ramp or ground handling experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
- Strong understanding of aircraft handling and ramp safety procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Professional, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full, clean UK driving licence (Airport ID preferred)
- GCSEs/A-Levels (or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Ramp Safety or Dangerous Goods Awareness certification
