Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Skin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skin and beauty, providing expert advice and treatments to clients. They must have experience in building skin programmes for clients and a range of modalities including needling and peels. Ideally, an ofqual regulated qualification in skin rejuvenation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and welcoming environment, helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalised consultations and specialised treatments.

Duties

Conduct detailed skin assessments to determine individual client needs
Provide customised skincare treatments, including advanced facials, microneedling, peels and other specialised procedures
Assist clients with their concerns to enhance their appearance and confidence
Offer professional advice on skincare routines, product selection, and maintenance
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to ensure high-quality service delivery

Skills

Proficiency in advanced skin and body treatments
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients
Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans and skincare advice in clear English
Ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide personalised recommendations
Organised with attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards and accurate record keeping
Friendly demeanour with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
Previous experience in skincare brands is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
