This vacancy is for a fixed-term contract for 3 months. The hours will be for night shifts [starting at 9pm or midnight] and will be approximately 25-35 hours per week.

Start as a Team Member and earn up to £15.80 per hour, including an hourly bonus* and NO zero hours contracts!

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
Cooking with care and precision
Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
