Full Training Provided | Excellent Career Change Opportunity

Enigma Security is seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator within a busy town centre control room. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new career in a rewarding and varied environment.Previous CCTV experience is not essential. We will provide support with SIA CCTV licence training

The Role

As a CCTV Operator, you will play an important role in helping to maintain the safety and security of the town centre. Working from a dedicated control room, you will monitor CCTV systems, assist local businesses, support emergency services when required, and help ensure a safe environment for members of the public.This is a role that offers variety and responsibility. You may be involved in monitoring incidents, assisting vulnerable individuals, supporting local events, and helping to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring town centre CCTV systems and associated security equipment.
Identifying incidents and reporting them appropriately.
Liaising with the Police, emergency services, local authorities, and other partner agencies.
Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
Responding to requests for assistance and supporting operational activities.
Contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and local businesses.
