Join Our Friendly Dental Team at Greenfields Dental Surgery as an Experienced Dental Receptionist

Full-Time | Start Date: 1st October

Are you an experienced dental receptionist who enjoys helping people and creating a warm, welcoming experience? We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, starting 1st October.

You will be an important part of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they arrive. If you are approachable, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent patient service, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience working as a dental receptionist
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A warm, welcoming and professional manner
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Confidence answering calls and responding to patient enquiries
Experience booking and managing patient appointments
Good computer skills and the ability to learn dental practice software
Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
The ability to remain calm, helpful and professional in a busy environment
A good understanding of patient confidentiality and GDPR
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and creating a friendly reception experience
Answering telephone calls and emails
Booking and managing appointments
Managing the reception area
Taking payments
Responding to patient questions and enquiries
Supporting the dental team with day-to-day administrative tasks

In return, you will become a valued member of a supportive team and play a key role in helping us provide a positive experience for every patient.

Start date: 1st October, Full-time position
