Job Title: Valuer & Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Valuer & Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team. This is a key role covering both valuation and negotiation work, as well as supporting the full lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to generating new business and building lasting relationships with landlords and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out lettings and ad-hoc sales valuations, including follow-up letters and client contact
- Generate new business through canvassing and securing new instructions
- Assist with and oversee management takeovers
- Property photography and write-ups
- Provide weekly landlord feedback and negotiation reductions/tenancies where necessary
- Arrange landlord insurance sign-ups and referrals
- Complete deal progression from offer to move-in to include completion of pre-tenancy checks & Tenancy Agreements
Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
A minimum of one Saturday per month (9:30am – 1:30pm) will be required on a rota basis. A Friday afternoon will be provided in lieu of the Saturday worked.
About You
- Previous property industry experience is essential
- Must have own car and valid UK driving licence
- Confident in generating new business and building client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- Positive, motivated and able to work well under pressure

- £25k per annum basic salary and uncapped, realistic commission structure of £35k - £40k pa OTE
