We are the only European manufacturing and distribution site for ink cartridges and textile inks. These products are shipped to an Epson warehouse in Germany where they are then distributed throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Quality and innovation are at the heart of everything we do, from our Cleanroom environment to our in-house machinery, design and technology improvements from which we use our own Epson 6-axis robots.

Shift:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Main job functions:
Engineering Co-ordinator will provide Secretarial, Project planning, and administrative support to the Engineering functions and Department within Epson Telford Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative and co-ordination management and control of TENS activities (Technical Engineering Documents)
- Management of department documentation (Quality Management System), Toolbox Talks etc
- Control and management of Engineering Assets
- To maintain the day-to-day running of Databases and Spreadsheets and issue relevant reports
- Raising requisitions for Departments both manual (Vendor not approved) and raising Purchase Orders through SAP
- Resolve queries given by Departments in a timely and professional manner
- Co-ordinate Maintenance Schedules and ensure effective communication and timings of such plans to all stakeholders
- Manage the filing system and ensure all documentation is archived. (TENS, drawings, Issuing of Data)
- Ensure that all reports are produced correctly
- Taking minutes in meetings and making sure they are cascaded correctly
- Ensuring that all documentation is up to date in and around Engineering Departments
- General Administration duties
- Project Schedule creation, management and updates
- Obtaining quotes, obtaining internal approval and raising POs from Suppliers when requested
- Liase with Suppliers to ensure quick and precise delivery
- Updating Budget sheets/Cap Ex
- Engineering system Audits
Qualifications required (desirable):
- IOSH Level 3
- CIPS Level 3
- Engineering Level 3
Essential experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
Specialist Training Required:
- Previous Engineering knowledge, environment or exposure
