Having recently expanded our range and field sales team we are now looking for the right candidate to join our office-based sales team.
Role Overview:
This is a key position under the guidance of the Sales Director you will supporting both internal sales admin processes and the direct needs of the internal and external sales force. You will also support the Sales Director with reviewing email marketing, advertising and social content admin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily flow of quotes and orders through the existing channels prioritising where needed. You will actively complete quote follow-ups on behalf of the team, create appointments for field sales representatives and managed new account set up and credit account applications on behalf of the sales team.
You will be required to maintain accurate records and manage a busy inbox effectively. You will be required to make proactive outbound calls to prospects, further calls to lapsed/quiet customers and regular quote follow up calls, it is not all on email.
Working on behalf of the team you will also review our Hubspot system to identify opportunities from the email marketing campaigns, update and assign customers to the appropriate sales team members. There will also be a data cleanse part of the role to ensure we have good clean effective data to work from.
In regard to marketing in time, you will proofread the social media content email campaigns and adverts review and repost from the established business LinkedIn accounts and develop a presence on the company Facebook channel (currently unused).
Key Responsibilities:
· Follow up on sales quotations and customer enquiries.
· Make outbound calls to generate new leads and create appointments for field sales reps.
· Maintain and update customer records and sales data using HubSpot CRM.
· Create and manage new customer accounts withing our database.
· Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
· Provide accurate reporting and assist with sales pipeline management.
· Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
· Support Sales Director with all aspects of marketing administration.
Person Specification:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) and Microsoft Office.
· Highly organised with attention to detail.
· Positive, enthusiastic personality and a team-player attitude.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
· Ambitious and personally motivated to progress in sales and marketing.
Package:
· Working Hours : 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 15:00 Friday
30 min lunch break each day.
