Health & Safety Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving positive change?

We’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to work closely with our Health & Safety Manager to support and enhance our safety culture across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll work closely with teams to ensure safety is more than a policy, it’s part of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across multiple locations
Supporting and leading incident investigations, identifying root causes and driving improvements
Creating and maintaining safe systems of work
Ensuring compliance with UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
Promoting health, safety, and well-being initiatives across the business
Managing PPE requirements and ensuring adherence to safety standards
Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted safety partner across teams

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Analytical and solutions-focused mindset
High attention to detail with a proactive approach
Willingness to travel between our Telford sites is essential as we are a multi-site business. There may be some occasional international travel required.

Qualifications required:

IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
NEBOSH (desirable)
