We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Marketing Manager to join our Sheffield team. This is a customer-interacting opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn marketing through practical experience rather than simply theory.

You'll work directly with customers, support promotional campaigns, learn from experienced managers, and gradually develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility.

What You'll Be Involved In

Interact directly with customers and understand their needs and feedback.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Represent brands and campaigns professionally during customer interactions.
Help communicate products, services, and promotional messages clearly.
Assist with event-based marketing and promotional activities.
Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the marketing team.
Support campaign planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution.
Work alongside experienced managers and learn how marketing decisions are made.
Help monitor customer response and campaign activity.
Contribute ideas to improve engagement and campaign results.

No previous marketing management experience is required. Experience in marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, events, customer service, or other customer-interacting roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
