The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Night Shift Hub Manager to lead our Bristol operations team. This is an active, on-road role where you’ll work alongside the team carrying out battery swaps, vehicle rebalancing, and collection of damaged vehicles across the city.
You’ll be responsible for driving high standards in operational performance, team management, safety, and process improvement while creating a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the night operations team on-road and within the hub
- Carry out and oversee battery swaps, rebalancing, and damaged vehicle collections
- Manage shift performance and ensure operational KPIs are achieved
- Drive strong processes, accountability, and performance management
- Support training, development, and day-to-day supervision of staff
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company SOPs
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and operational assets to a high standard
- Promote a positive team culture and professional working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in logistics, fleet operations, transport, or similar hands-on operational environments
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Organised with good problem-solving and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Full UK Driving Licence required
