Overview

Assembly Operative - Immediate Start - No Experience Needed

Maldon - £12.71 per hour - Full time hours
Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

Looking for a hands on role where you can get started quickly? We are looking for an Assembly Operative to join a supportive team. No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided, so this is a great opportunity if you are keen to learn something new. If you enjoy practical work, take pride in what you do, and are ready to be part of a team, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Bringing products to life by carefully assembling and preparing components
Working hands on with electronic parts in a supportive, team focused environment
Following clear, step by step guidance so you always know exactly what to do
Carrying out quality checks to ensure every item meets a high standard
Preparing finished products so they are ready for the next stage

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am to 2:00pm (30 minute unpaid break)

What we are looking for:

People who take pride in being dependable and keeping to agreed working hours
Willingness to work an early start from 7:30am
Ability to follow clear guidance and structured processes with confidence
A careful and detail focused approach to your work
A positive mindset and openness to learning new skills
Comfortable working in a consistent, routine based environment
