Job Summary

NOTE: This role is a commission only based role.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in a busy Boiler and Airconditioning company. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive negotiation style, and a keen understanding of B2B sales processes. You will be responsible for representing our organisation in various locations, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking within designated territories
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products or services and negotiate favourable terms
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business
Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills
Prepare sales proposals, reports, and forecasts accurately using IT tools and CRM systems
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to deliver seamless client experiences
Manage schedules effectively to optimise visit routes and maximise productivity during field activities

Requirements

Good understanding of boiler and or airconditioning systems
Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles with a track record of achieving targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Proficient IT skills including CRM software utilisation and basic office applications
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism

Pay: £25,420.00-£78,121.55 per year
