Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at The Dental Health Centre in Witham, Essex. This vital role involves managing front desk operations and administrative tasks to support our commitment to excellent patient care and smooth practice management.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative duties.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven office experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
