Salisbury, Wiltshire

ITU Nurse – Complex Care (Salisbury)

£38 per hour (Umbrella)
1:1 Support 24/7 – 12 hour day and 12 hour waking night.

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Critical Care Nurse to support female client in Salisbury. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.

This is a meaningful 1:1 care role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a female who benefits from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and emotionally mature will thrive in this role.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Personal Care
Tracheostomy Care
Oxygen Usage
Moving and Handling
Suctioning
Medication Administration

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

12 hour Day and Night shifts
Hours: 8:00AM - 8:00PM / 8:00PM - 8:00AM

What the Role Involves

Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
Supporting with community access and social activities
Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

£150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
£250 for every Registered Nurse you refer

Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
