As Night Supervisor at Harvest Fine Foods, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Night operational standards as set by The Company and defined by Night Manager.
You will lead the team to make sure preparation activities run smoothly and efficiently, helping to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Salary: £33,505
Location: Totton, Southampton
Hours: 20.30pm to 6.30am (5 days out of 7)
Role Essentials
- Responsible for all processes and procedures required to enable the cost-effective operation of the warehouse is established.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance is met and plans are in place to address areas of concern.
- To ensure all legal requirements relating to Food Safety and Health and Safety are met.
- Responsible for a complete cycle of people management.
- Advise & monitor Night staff so they are effective within their role.
- Ensure safe working practices are in line with Health and Safety Policy, including machinery that is only used by trained personnel.
- Role model best practices, work as part of a team and communicate effectively with your peers.
- Minimise waste and shrink, by careful stock handling, date code checking rotation and storage, and dealing with damaged or time expired goods according to our company policy
- Listen and respond quickly to customer needs ensuring all queries are resolved.
- Ensure all tasks assigned by a manager are completed to the highest standards, working well with other colleagues and the management team to get things done and make our site a place everyone enjoys working..
- Ensure your team operate at all times in compliance with all relevant Food Safety policies and speak up if there is an issue.

Skills and Experience
- Experience leading a team.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP
- Experience working in a multi-temperature environment
- Manual handling experience
- Knowledge of Health and Safety practices
