We are looking for a Gas Safe Installer to join our Installation Team! Your role will be to provide an industry leading supply and installation service to the construction industry, fitting a range of kitchen appliances. DBD provide a professional service at all times, ensuring work carried out is of a high standard with customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Who are we looking for?
- Experience of white goods installations, both integrated and free standing.
- Proficient level of understanding and ability with electrical wiring for kitchen appliances.
- Displays good time management skills and is practically minded with a methodical and organised approach to work.
- Diplomatic with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a calm manner, sometimes under difficult circumstances.
- Full of initiative and self-motivated with a confident and positive attitude.
- Has a good understanding of the importance of safety and quality.
- Displays good personal appearance & be physically fit.
- Possesses good geographical knowledge and a full driving license (3 points max)
- Literate with a good knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- CSCS card (desirable but not essential).
- CCN1 and CKR1 qualifications (essential).
What you'll do:
- Ensuring necessary checks are completed prior to leaving DBD RDC including checking manifests, PPE, paperwork, and any other relevant items are in place.
- Driving to and from sites in a fuel -efficient manner, with support from Assistant where possible.
- Conduct pre-installation checks on plots to ensure everything is prepared for install including live services and kitchens completed.
- Always perform all duties in a professional and friendly manner.
- Install appliances and conduct any necessary works to the highest possible standard.
- Accountable for quality of all installation work, including that completed by assistants.
- Ensure plots are left in the same condition they were found prior to leaving site.
- To ensure the installation is accurately recorded on the digital POD and signed off by site management.
