Footballher is a women’s football lifestyle and sportswear brand dedicated to elevating the women’s game on and off the pitch. We exist to champion female athletes, build community, and create sportswear designed specifically for women who play, lead, and inspire.
About the Role
We won't sugarcoat it.
This role is not for everyone.
You'll be joining a fast-growing women's football apparel brand at a stage where you'll have real ownership, real creative freedom, and real responsibility. There is no big team to hide behind. If you're looking for a quiet 9-to-5 where someone else makes the calls, this isn't it.

The Role
We're looking for a Creative who can do it all, and do it well.
This is a hands-on position. You'll be behind the camera, in the edit suite, briefing models, directing lifestyle shoots, and shaping how Footballher looks and feels across every channel. One day you'll be on a pitch at golden hour getting that campaign shot. The next you'll be building out a content plan, casting for an upcoming drop, or refining a colour palette for a product launch.
You'll work directly with the founder and across the whole team. Your work will be seen by tens of thousands of people. It will matter.
What You'll Own
Photo & Video Production
- Plan, direct, and shoot photoshoots and video shoots, product, lifestyle, campaign, and UGC-style content
- Manage shoot logistics end to end: location scouting, casting, styling, scheduling, and on-the-day direction
- Produce content that performs on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, content that stops the scroll
Brand Creative
- Own the visual identity of FootballHer across all touchpoints, social, website, email, packaging, and ads
- Brief and manage any freelance photographers, videographers, editors, or designers as the team scales
- Maintain creative consistency without letting the brand go stale, you know when to evolve and when to hold the line
Content & Campaigns
- Lead creative for product launches, seasonal drops, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate on content strategy with the founder and marketing team
- Build shot lists, creative decks, and mood boards that actually excite people, not just tick boxes
Editing & Post-Production
- Handle photo editing and video editing to a high standard (we're not looking for someone who only shoots)
- Manage the creative asset library so everything is organised and accessible
What We're Looking For
We care far more about your portfolio than your CV. If your work is genuinely excellent, we want to talk.
That said, here's what matters to us:
- You have a strong, proven eye for design, you know what looks good and, more importantly, why
- You have real experience directing photo and video shoots, not just assisting on them
- You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Photoshop as a minimum)
- You understand social-first content, how to shoot for Reels, TikTok, and editorial at the same time
- You're a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to produce great work
- You're organised. Shoots don't fall apart around you
- You have an interest in football, women's sport, or activewear, you don't have to have played in the Champions League, but you need to get the culture
- You're comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team where things change quickly and your input shapes decisions
