Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Juice Bar Supervisor / Store Lead to manage the day-to-day running of our juice bar. This is a hands-on role involving customer service, drink preparation, shop management, and helping grow the business.

Hours

- 40–45 hours per week

- 5 days per week including weekends

- Consistent weekly rota with fixed working days

Responsibilities

- Open and close the shop

- Prepare juices, smoothies, and healthy drinks

- Deliver excellent customer service

- Manage day-to-day shop operations

- Supervise part-time staff

- Place stock orders and manage inventory

- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards

- Handle cashing up and daily reporting to the owner

Skills & Experience

- Reliable and responsible

- Friendly with good customer service skills

- Organised and able to work independently

- Comfortable managing a small team and daily operations

- Previous café, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
