What will you be doing?

Act as a strategic People Business Partner to leaders, shaping and delivering people solutions that drive performance, growth and delivery.
Leverage relationships across the wider People function to bring the right expertise at the right time, ensuring joined-up, high-quality delivery. Work with Centres of Excellence to design and implement scalable people solutions.
Use people data to influence decisions and challenge thinking.
Build strong relationships, coaching and guiding leaders to improve performance.
Lead change and drive engagement through targeted actions and accountability.
Ensure governance, consistency and best practice across a multi-site environment.
Stay close to operations to deliver practical, relevant solutions.

What you’ll bring

Proven strategic HR/People BP experience in large, complex, operational environments
Strong strategic thinking; prioritises high-impact people initiatives
Experienced working with Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up solutions
Builds credibility quickly; influences senior stakeholders
Data-driven and commercially focused; turns insight into action
Self-starter; proactive and outcome-focused
Experience in change management, ER, and multi-site environments
Clear communicator; simplifies complexity and drives results
CIPD Level 5 minimum (or equivalent experience); CIPD Level 7 desirable.
Experience in matrix organisations and partnership with multiple specialist HR functions.
Experience supporting safety-critical or highly regulated environments (e.g. rail, aviation, infrastructure).
