Full job description

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Processing Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data management skills and advanced Excel knowledge to play a key role in maintaining and improving the accuracy of our product and catalogue information.

Key Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining online product catalogues
Collecting, collating, and organising product data, pricing information, and images
Performing accurate data entry and database updates
Reviewing, validating, and maintaining data integrity
Identifying and reporting data discrepancies or quality issues
Creating and accurately matching stock codes within our database systems
Maintaining stock master records and internal product information
Analysing data and recommending solutions to improve processes and accuracy
Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and timescales

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Essential Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, confident, and courteous manner

Desirable Technical Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following:

JavaScript
HTML
Python
CSS
