The Role:
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our caring team in our Elderly and Specialist Younger Adult Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our elderly residents. You will be responsible for assessing and planning care, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality care to residents, tailored to their individual needs
Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
Leading and supervising care assistants, ensuring a collaborative and supportive team environment
Monitoring and recording residents' health conditions and providing regular updates to families
Ensuring compliance with care regulations and maintaining accurate documentation
Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for our residents in all aspects of their care

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration
Experience working in a care home or similar setting
