Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician – Window Cleaning

Rate based on experience, from £18.00 per hour + overtime | Full-Time, Permanent

Projects across Scotland
IRATA Level 3 – Essential
Full UK Driving Licence – Essential

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This role is for qualified IRATA Level 3 technicians with a full UK driving licence.

You will be:
✔ Working at height on rope systems
✔ Supervising rope access operations
✔ Carrying out commercial window cleaning
✔ Working weekends when required
✔ Driving to sites across Scotland

The Role

We are looking for an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our growing access team.

You will be responsible for:

Rope access window cleaning on commercial buildings
Supervising and mentoring Level 1 & 2 technicians
Setting up, inspecting, and managing rope systems
Interpreting and implementing RAMS
Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
Driving company vehicles to sites across Scotland

This role suits a technician who leads from the front and takes ownership of safety and quality.

From £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience & responsibility)

What We’re Looking For

Essential
✔ IRATA certification (Level 3)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Proven rope access experience on commercial sites
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to interpret and enforce RAMS
✔ High level of health & safety awareness

IPAF 3a & 3b
CSCS card
