Job Description: Property Manager (Sales & Lettings)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Glasgow Southside
We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys variety. No two days are the same here, and that's exactly how we like it.
This isn't a role where you'll spend all day doing the same repetitive tasks. You'll be involved in almost every aspect of the business, from helping people find their next home to preparing properties for market, supporting sales progression, creating marketing content, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Whether you've already worked in Lettings and Estate Agency or you're looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in the industry, we'll give you the training, support and responsibility to develop.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting both our sales and lettings teams with the day-to-day running of the business.
- Speaking with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, contractors and solicitors, providing outstanding customer service.
- Preparing new property listings and ensuring they're presented at their very best across portals, social media and our website.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new properties and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Managing diaries, booking appointments, organising viewings and handling property keys.
- Assisting with viewings, inspections and occasional property visits.
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Creating and scheduling social media content, helping showcase our properties and brand.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth progression of sales and lettings.
- Working closely with the wider team to continually improve how we do things.
About you
We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding the right person. However must have strong experience in administration, property or similar (factoring, facilities management etc)

Similar experience is essential but it can be in a role that is currently similar to Sales & Lettings.
