About the Role:
Glasgow is known for its strong commercial activity, practical business culture, and reliable local workforce, and at Kew Demand Business Services, we bring that same organised approach to sales support and client coordination. We help businesses manage enquiries, customer updates, sales records, order information, and daily communication with accuracy and care.
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who can help keep sales related activity organised and moving forward. You are not just answering emails or updating records; you are helping support the sales process by tracking enquiries, preparing information, following up on tasks, and making sure customers and internal teams receive clear updates.
You will work closely with sales, client services, administration, and operations teams to make sure customer information is accurate, requests are handled properly, and daily sales support tasks are completed on time.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Glasgow office provides a practical and supportive workplace where teamwork, clear communication, and reliability are valued every day.
Sales Process Support: We believe successful sales support comes from accurate information, timely follow up, and well organised records. Your work will help keep the sales team focused and responsive.
Client Focus: We support customers who rely on professional communication, helpful service, and clear updates. You will help maintain a positive and dependable customer experience.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in sales support, client coordination, customer service, office administration, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist with customer enquiries, quote follow ups, order information, sales updates, and routine sales administration.
Customer Communication: Respond professionally to emails and calls, provide clear updates, request missing details, and escalate complex queries when needed.
Record Management: Maintain accurate customer records, sales trackers, enquiry logs, contact lists, reports, and internal documents.
Team Coordination: Work with sales, client services, administration, and operations teams to share updates and keep tasks moving.
Follow Up Support: Monitor pending enquiries, missing information, customer requests, and internal action items to make sure nothing is overlooked.
Reporting: Prepare simple sales summaries, activity updates, enquiry reports, and follow up notes for supervisors or management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, client coordination, office administration, business support, or operations support is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple enquiries, update records accurately, and follow structured processes.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, record errors, follow up gaps, and deadline risks before they become bigger issues.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, customer records, and basic CRM or business systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep sales support running smoothly.
Pay: £2,200.00-£2,600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
