Overview

Team Leader/Supervisor – Food & Beverage

Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader/Supervisor in Food & Beverage, where your passion for hospitality and culinary excellence will shine! Your leadership will ensure smooth operations, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences while fostering a positive work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes and safety protocols
Manage food safety compliance by monitoring hygiene practices, handling food production with care, and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, menu updates, and special requests to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
Serve as a point of contact for resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence
Conduct regular training sessions on hospitality standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures to enhance team skills

Experience

Proven supervising experience within the Food & Beverage industry or restaurant settings
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in high-pressure environments
Extensive restaurant or hotel experience with knowledge of hospitality operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and protocols essential for maintaining health regulations
Experience working as a barista or in bar service is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to team management and customer service
