Join our multi award winning successful team at Happy Kids Daycare.

At Happy Kids Daycare, we’re more than a childcare provider—we’re a vibrant community where children feel safe, inspired, and loved. We’re looking for a confident and caring Room Leader to help guide our little learners and support our dedicated team.

Room Leader Nursery Practitioner Role/ After School Club

1 x full-time role - 4/5 days per week

2 x Part-time roles - 15 -30 hours

Support daily care and learning for young children in a safe, nurturing environment. Assist with routines, play activities, hygiene, and emotional development. Work closely with staff and communicate professionally with parents. Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a teamwork, and have a warm, reliable attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

Room Leader Role requires previous experience
Creating fun, educational experiences tailored to each child’s development
Ensuring safeguarding and EYFS standards are met at all times
Building strong relationships with families and team members
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
