Join our close-knit team at Partridge Motor Cars! We are a busy, established dealership supported by a newly expanded 7 bay workshop. From servicing and MOTs to diagnostics, tuning, air-con, and tyres, we handle a wide variety of daily work.

We take massive pride in our outstanding online reviews and believe that exceptional customer satisfaction is the key to our success. To help us maintain the high standards our customers expect, we are looking for a reliable and skilled technician to step in and make a real impact.

Staff happiness is genuinely important to us—you will be joining a supportive, friendly team, complete with dedicated drivers for vehicle collections and deliveries so you can focus strictly on what you do best in the workshop.

What You Will Be Doing

Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
Assisting with MOT preparations and necessary repair work.
Working collaboratively with our highly experienced in-house technicians.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications: A formal qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) is essential.
Experience: At least 2 years of mechanical experience.
Requirements: A full, valid UK manual driving licence and your own set of tools.
Attitude: A positive, can-do approach. We want a reliable team player who takes pride in their work and wants to help us deliver top-tier service.
