Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing service-based business.

You’ll play a vital role in upholding our high standards by delivering outstanding results in both residential and commercial environments. You’ll be trusted to represent the brand in full professional uniform, complete each job to the best of your ability, and maintain excellent communication with customers.

Occasionally, you’ll be required to travel further afield for advanced training courses to continually enhance your skills and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
Assess each job and determine the most suitable method to achieve the best results.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear, courteous, and professional communication.
Travel between client locations daily, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Maintain cleaning equipment and van in clean, presentable, and working condition.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols on-site.
Accurately record details of each job for reporting and customer care.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Full UK driving licence required.
Professional, reliable, and committed to high standards.
Willingness to travel for training when required.
Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments.
