Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brealfast Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to maintain hygiene standards at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in restaurant or bar settings, is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with serving procedures, upselling techniques, and guest services enhances suitability for the role
- Good organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities, are essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
